Delivery & Returns

Orders are shipped by courier within Belgium and the rest of Europe, on weekdays only. Outside Europe, write to us at isabellelenfant@gmail.com: we will check the options and the cost of delivery, and send you the invoice by email.

Pick-up is available at the Isabelle Lenfant studio in Brussels, by appointment.

You can change your mind within 14 days of receiving your piece, without giving a reason. Let us know at isabellelenfant@gmail.com, then send it back within 14 days, in its box and packaging. We refund the price and the standard delivery cost within 14 days; the cost of sending it back is yours.

Pieces made to your specifications — in gold or gold-plated silver made for your order, engraved, in a custom size or set with stones at your request — cannot be returned. Our Terms and Conditions give the details.

Processing your orders

Every piece is handmade in our Brussels studio once your payment is received. Allow two weeks for it to be made; when your order is ready to ship, we let you know by email.

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. Adjustment, repair or cleaning of your Isabelle Lenfant jewelry is part of our after-sale care. Please write to us first at isabellelenfant@gmail.com; once you have our confirmation, the pieces can be sent to the studio at your own expense.

If the piece you ordered does not fit, we exchange it once for the right size and send it back to you, with additional shipping costs. Further size adjustments are at your own cost.

Size charts

All ring sizes from 44 to 71 can be ordered online, at the same price. Each ring has its usual sizes; any other size is handcrafted for you — made to order, it cannot be returned. For a size beyond 71, or to have a ring resized, write to us.

See the size guide — ring sizes from 44 to 71, necklaces, bracelets and pendants.

Material

All Isabelle Lenfant designs are made in 925 sterling silver, the finest quality of silver: 925/1000 of pure silver. Nickel is not used at any stage of production.

The finish is hand-polished, for the best and deepest lustre. Sterling silver oxidises over time — it gradually turns black. This is a natural process, and part of the joy of wearing silver: many designs gain even more character with it. It is easily removed with a product made for cleaning silver, or with a soft cloth. 18 carat gold is stable and does not oxidise.
